Demographic change poses major challenges for companies, especially in the energy industry. Together with Goethe University Frankfurt, we are conducting the "AGE Study" to examine the impact of this change.
The study looks at perceptions of the industry, critical job areas and possible solutions to demographic pressures. We are currently conducting surveys in the energy industry and are inviting everyone working in the industry to participate to support our research.
At the end of the year, we will present the results and their implications in human resources. The energy industry has many opportunities for action, but time is of the essence. Stay tuned!
