May 2023 The job market is a good indicator for the development of an industry. For our report Labor Market Energy 2022/23, we did not only analyze data on general developments in the job market. We also combined the findings with our expertise from current consulting mandates and the results of a survey we conducted among around 80 companies in the energy sector to gain a more precise picture of the situation.
